What to Say When You Don’t Know What to Say

Have you ever felt stuck in your content? Like you want to show up, but everything feels foggy, unclear, or unaligned with who you are becoming?

You’re not alone.

This happens especially when you're in a season of transformation — whether it's a career shift, burnout recovery, a spiritual awakening, or even a deeper inquiry into who you want to be as a woman and a leader.

You might feel like: I don't know what to speak about anymore. I don't feel anchored in my voice.

And that can create resistance to showing up. To sharing. To speaking.

But here’s the truth:

"You can still speak and share content while you are in the midst of the transition, the transformation, even when it really feels messy for you."

That’s what this masterclass is all about. Giving you permission and perspective to stay visible and connected to your audience — even when you're still figuring it out.

Why the In-Between Is Powerful

There’s a sacred space between the old version of you and the new version that’s still emerging. I call it the in-between.

And in this space, your voice might feel uncertain, your message might feel unfamiliar, and you might be tempted to go silent.

But silence weakens the muscle.

"When we don't express and we keep everything in, it's like you constipate your own expression, even in the mess and the noise."

That voice you’ve been building? That confidence? That trust?

It needs movement.

Like lifting weights, your self-expression thrives with consistency.

Even if it’s just one insight. One anchored truth. One post. One conversation.

So What Do You Say?

When you're in the messy middle, I recommend three things:

  1. Share what you're still anchored in.

"I'm still gonna talk about the things that I feel passionate and anchored into."

  2. Repurpose aligned content.

"You can still share past content that you feel still aligned and anchored into while you're going through the mess."

  3. Get curious.

"What is one thing I can share right now that I can anchor to, that I can back, that I can be energized and passionate about?"

This isn’t about sharing from a wound that’s still raw. It’s about connecting from a place of self-leadership and compassion. You get to choose what and how much you share. You control your message.

Speak While It’s Still Messy

You don’t have to be on the other side of your transformation to use your voice.

"Speak as you go. That muscle still has that momentum."

Because if you wait until it’s perfect, you’ll lose the rhythm. And your community won’t get to hear from you.

And they want to hear from you. They want your real voice, not a polished performance.

You don’t have to wait until you feel clear to speak. You just have to be honest.

Your truth is enough. Your voice is still welcome. And the women who need you? They’re not waiting for your perfection.

They’re waiting for your presence.
