Welcome to HERVOICE, where we believe every woman has a unique voice that deserves to be heard. Our approach is designed to help women unlock the power of their voices and become confident, persuasive communicators.
Our approach is based on three fundamental principles: connection, authenticity, and impact. When women connect with their authentic selves and speak from the heart, they can profoundly affect the world around them.
Here is How it Works;
Our 6 Week speaking circle program is designed to help women build their confidence and speaking skills from the Inside Out. The Program is designed for Inperson and Online Speaking Circles so you can be part of a HERVOICE Speaking Circle no matter where you are.
Authenticity - We believe that becoming a powerful authentic speaker and leader starts with Inner Transformation and connecting to the Truth and Authenticity of the Individual Woman. Every training, coaching, and speaking topic supports each Woman to identify and overcome the limiting beliefs and fears that hold her back so she can unlock her full potential.
Impact - With our proven framework, you'll learn how to create and engage with people and presentations that engage, inspire, and impact your audience. The impact is made by consistently developing your speaking skills; at HERVOICE, we use a more feminine approach to building public speaking skills.
Connection- At HERVOICE, you'll find a like-minded community of women who will support you every step of the way. You'll be able to practice your speaking skills in a safe and supportive environment and receive encouragement and feedback from your peers while building real, authentic connections.

How Does The HERVOICE Speaking Circle Work
The Training
Weekly Self-Led Speaking Topic & Speaking Practice
HERVOICE will provide each member with a Self-Led Video Training/Worksheet ( Up to 45mins) providing a focused speaking topic and speaking practice. The Topics and Practices are curated to support the Internal Transformation and practical skill development; Participants will be required to complete the training and any pre-work before the Speaking Circle Meet Up

We run 2 seperate Speaking Circles One In person for those located in Sydney and a Speaking Circle Online for those who cannot make the Inperson meet ups .

The Coaching
Weekly Group Coaching
As part of the Meet Ups, every member will receive instant Speaker Coaching& Mentorship; there will also be an opportunity for members to apply to practice their own Speaking Topic/Presentation and receive coaching and audience feedback from the other community members.
It is suited for members with an upcoming presentation or speaking opportunity to receive support/mentorship.
The Portal
Speaking Resources Galore
During the Speaking Circle, members will also receive access to other Speaking Resources and Training and Speaking Opportunities to help build on their learning. The Portal is updated regularly with Training, Resources, and Speaking Opportunities. Great for speakers ready to take the next step in their Speaker Journey.
